Do you allow kids (under 18)? What is the exact location? What is the monthly bill for electricity, parking, heat and water? Is the parking underground or outside or covered?

Ok my place is taken already, but my friend is moving back home and she wants to rent her place that has 2 months rental agreement and after 2 months you can renew the contract with the agent.
