Hello Friends,

I am working in Saudi Arabia and I have a salary account over here. Subsequently, I am also sending money to Pakistan to another account in my name which has sufficient money to show to CIC for immigration.

Now, I have taken a loan from Saudi Arabia and the installment is being deducted on monthly basis from my salary account. In this case, can I only show my account in Pakistan since it has sufficient money for immigration and is free of any loans? OR CIC will ask about the salary account from the country of residence as well? My idea is not to show the liabilities.

Regards,

Regards,
You will have to show the liability as not showing it will be a misrepresentation. And as long as you have enough money to fulfill the settlement funds requirement, your liability won't affect your application.
