Two Applications In-process

Hi all,
Creating this topic if any one has twp applications in process and want to know what are the steps and processing times
after or before the Decision Made on one of the applications

I have two applications in process,
I have applied on AUG-2014 for CEC(OLD) -- This is In-process from Jan8 2015
Then i have applied for Express entry on AUG-27 with OPNP(1025 pints)\
-- this application process started on Sept-8, and waiting to DM

here is time line for apllication 1:
For CEC(Old) applied on AUG 25, 2014
Process started from Jan 08, 2015
No response after that

Here is my time line for express entry profile
ITA Submission: AUG 27
After
CIC has asked me three Doc. req. and submitted on the same day
1. Sept/08 Schedule 4
2. Oct/14 Schedule A(had rejection before so i described those in this form)
3. Oct/15 Additional Family Information IMM 5406(Missed when submitting ITA)
