two application ?

I did a PR application via EE system and got the AOR at Dec 30, 2016 without my wife.

however, now my wife change her mind to do the PR application with me together, I do the IRCC to cancel the first application.

may I do the second application now, or I have to wait the old EE online system change the status from "open" to "cancel"

Do not withdraw your current application. Just tell cic you now want to bring your wife. She will have to do medicals.

In the first PR application, my wife is unaccompanied because I have not enough score if I bring my wife.

due to the decease ITA score, we have get ITA together. so we want to do the immigration together.

In that case yes... If when you got the AOR the ITA score was higher than if you add you wife you need to withdraw application and try again this time with your wife. But bear in mind that there is no guarantee that the next draw will have a lower or similar CRS cut off as this last draw.
