Even if there were a picture attached to the new certificate, it was never be used as a travel document, much like the Citizenship Wallet sized card, despite having a picture on it. Same goes for COPR. Not to be used for travel document either.Rob_TO said:With a passport.
There is no picture as part of the certificate, so it can never be used as a travel document. If you are a Canadian citizen but don't have a Canadian passport, you can't fly back to Canada from any international location.
