1. Cost according to their web site about 11K
2. I really don't think that a study permit would be issued for a 15 week bar tending course, but I could be wrong.
3. I doubt that the LOI will be issued a year in advance.

Fnks 4 d swift reply... The second question is actually from a
Different course (Grad Cert in Geographic information system)
In which I have byn accepted for the fall 2012 session which is now
Closed for registration bcos my Visa hasn't come due to the
Further medicals call... That's the reason I had to defer to sept 2013..
And even as I speak I haven't gotten a new admission/acceptance letter
From the college as the say it is not yet time 4 d issuance of ad/acceptance
Letters to prospective students... The embassy is still wif ma old acceptance
Letter tho...
Quetion: Wil they issue me the visa Dis year on the count of my initial
Acceptance leter or wat?... Ps. I have made complete tuition and residency
Payments of which I hv send the reciepts 4rm d skul to d embassy!
