I'm completing the questionnaire about if I'm eligible to apply, and I'm confused as to whether or not I should say that I'm residing in Canada or not. I am from the U.S. and I live with my family there, but the question says "What is your current country/territory of residence? If you are presently in Canada, you should select Canada. " Does that mean I should select Canada since I am staying with my wife while applying for my extension, or should I select the United States since that is where I "live"? We are also applying for her sponsorship and my permanent residency very soon as well, should I mention that in the extension application?

You do not "live" in the USA, you "live" with your wife atm. Fill in accordingly.
