Hi, i sent a message to the VO Manila on feb. 14,2012, and they give me an answer 2 days later,on feb.16. They will not answer if your application is on normal delay. Only if you have something new to add to your application. For my concern, we are over normal delay and we received an answer by email.

Yeah the applicant needs to update his new email address with the Amman VO as his old email address on the application file was hacked.
