Trying to apply for Masters in Computer science

This is Aamir
I am looking for Masters in Computer science in canada.
I have 55% in my B.E and I have over all 7 in the IELTS
With listening 6.5 Reading 7.0 writing 6.5 and speaking 7.5.
I am very keen on doing my masters I have 2 years work experience as well
I need help

Your B.E. marks are unfortunately too low to be admitted to a Master's program.

I do not want to devastate you, but your B.E marks are a bit low for acceptance. You can still try applying.

Do not get disheartened bro.
You have very good score in IELTS and 2 years of work experience. All this goes a long way.
If you don't get admission to a university you can easily get into post-graduate level courses in colleges (if that's an option for you!).
Write a strong SOP and by God's grace you will achieve your goal.

If yes please name few.
Also if at all i try for pg diploma i see that there is graduate certificate and pg diploma what is the difference
