Hello,I had applied for my visitors visa on Nov 06 and yesterday I got an update from VFS which says:
Visa application, tracking ID No. ****– Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2018-11-22 12:22:38 PM GMT Standard Time to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI.
What does this mean?

It means exactly what it says. Your application has been processed and they have came to a decision. Nobody knows if it will be accepted or not. Just have to wait for it to arrive.
