TRV (Work-permit) passport submission

Hello,
I applied for my TRV (after work permit) and got my request letter for passport stamping within 30 days. But, I could not submit my passport within 30 days due to some reasons.
Do I need to re-apply for TRV or is there any way I can still submit my passport?

I sent my passport for stamping and they stamped it though deadline was missed
