TRV within Canada

Hi all,
I'm currently in Canada and recently got approved for my work permit. My status was updated on my CIC profile but I haven't received the work permit by post yet. My TRV has expired and I have to leave the country urgently. In my TRV application, I have to scan and upload my work permit. Can I submit the message of approval from my CIC account instead?

Any help would be really appreciated!

You can try, but the permit is needed.

You can also apply for the TRV abroad.

I am on post grad work permit and need to visit my country. While filling the TRV form, what should I write in section "Details of visit to Canada"? My own details and my current address???
