TRV while waiting...

Hi ...I have applied for my spouse in March 2015 and have already got SA and UCI. It is going to take at least 16-18 months. What are the chances for a getting a TRV for her to come and visit me? what are the condition based on which they will approve her TRV?

I think I have seen mention of TRV's been issued from there on this forum. Hopefully, one of those will respond with a post.
