TRV while spousal PR is in the process

Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone can share their experience with my situation.


my spousal PR file is in the process since last since November 2017, we received AOR 1 number, PCC and SA approval last week, but since the process is too lengthy i wanted to apply for visitors visa to visit my husband (in Canada) i have applied 2 times on and on right after i submitted my PR file, but we got rejection both the times..

Now since i have AOR1 and SA approval is it recommended to apply again for TRV ??

please share you experience or any feedback/suggestion
