i am from pakistan and i want to share my case right here
my gf live in Canada and we have been in relation from more than 2 years and also we met twice in Dubai and Bangkok and we are so close in our relation and now after all we prepared case for me to get a trv visa so she 1st she notorized invitation letter from supreme court is what her laywer told her then she sent her bank statement and bank letter and she has 4.500 $ in her account and and also her passport copy and her pay-sub
and about me i have attached my property documents which my dad owned and i have my business of gemstone and i owned company (kamran Gems enterprises) and my bank statement and account maintenance letter and currantly i have 7k in my bank account
also we provide our picture together we took in Dubai and Thailand and our emails
plus she is currently married in Canada but in her letter she mentioned she has some issues with her husband cuz her husband used to spend time in different countries and she having hard time at home and thats why she wants to meet me again to get more closer and may get married in future
i would love if u guys reply and explain if it would be hard for me to get visit visa or not

There is always a chance for you to get visitors visa, but you must prove that you have strong ties to your country of residence. In your case chances are 50/50... no one can say for sure whether you get visa or not.

well to be honest i heard from someone too that it could be 50/50
and with my case i sent return ticket , property papers which my dad owned also my police clearance and also my business documents (kamran Gems Enterprises) my own gems company
so u think that would be enough to prove?

The proof of property that your dad owns will not help. You need to prove your strong ties to the country of your residence.
