TRV Visa Rejected.How can i apply

there is no any reason all papers are correct? did u submitted your leaves from your institute?
anyhow can u write me the profession and monthly salary of your husband.
why u don't apply for the resident visa?

Thank You for your reply. All papers were correct. I have submitted the leave sanction letter from my institute, granting leave from 1st July to 31st December. My husband is working as Bartender and his annual income is CAD $ 40,000. My Monthly Salary is 34,000. I cannt apply for open work permit, as his Job is not under NOC 0, A or B. Soon he will be applying for work permit with NOC B Job. Please guide me.

Hello,

I have received following reasons for refusal

1. Your Travel History
2. Your Family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
3. You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your/ your host's income and assets

Its true that I have not traveled anywhere before. I have submitted the marriage certificate, mine and my husband's salary slips, bank statements, Tax returns etc. I am not getting what document they are expecting.

Please help me to get out of it.

I`m from India. Our nationality is Indian. My husband is working in Canada as NOC C. He will be applying soon for his wok permit for NOC B level job, bcoz an LMO for this job has been approved. I have applied temporary visitors visa in India and it has got rejected. Hence I need some information regarding my open work permit. My husband will be applying online for both work permits (his work permit and mine open work permit) from Canada only. I will be submitting "Use of family member representative" i.e IMM5713. We need to upload the documents mentioned below.

The document checklist for my husband is :
Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM5710)
Marriage License/Certificate
Offer of employment
Labour Market Opinion (LMO) from HRSDC or proof of submission
Passport or travel document
Digital Photo
Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being offered
Employer Questionnaire and Declaration
Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications (IMM5713)

the document checklist for me is as follows:
Application for Work Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1295)
Family Information (IMM5645)
Passport or travel document
Digital Photo
Family Information Form (IMM5707)

M having some doubts while filing IMM1295- Application of work permit from outside Canada

1. As my husband wil be the representative, what should I write in Current Mailing address and residential mailing address. Should I give My husbands address as current mailing address. and residential as mine in India?

2. Details of prospective employer
a. Name of Employer
b. Complete Address of Employer
3. Intended location of employment in Canada
4. Job title and description of duties

One more doubt- After getting Open Work Permit, how to apply for TRV online?

1 your application leave shows that u will not come back from Canada as u r taking more leaves than your TRV expiry.
2. your husband income is not sufficient and not eligible to sponsor you.
3. your bank statements funds must be double that you have shown now to show your affiliations in INDIA.

next time re-apply after 6 months and discuss with any good consultant prior to application or get help from the Forum members.

case Reviewed : previous refusal notes read ,PA to Reunion with wife for one in Montreal PA is recently married 20/04/2013 . no children .his wife is in Canada since Nov 13 2011, on a valid WP valid until 30 march 2014 .doing a post doctoral fellowship weak personal ties in India .PA is JR training /HR manager since April 2012 . weal professional ties in India .limited previous travel (uae) bank statement shows large amount deposited in account and recent deposit . i have concern that fund may not exits for the intend travel inviter saving around 8k . No NOA submitted but copy of Shows 29499 k $ as taxable income .on balance of profitability iam not satisfied that PA is well established in India to motivate is dept from Canada once he will be reunited with his iam not satisfied that inviter is well established in Canada and has sufficient fund to support PA intended travel .on balance of profitability iam not satisfied that PA is BF temporary visitor to canada that would depart aat the end of the authorised stay...

what papers u have submitted, what is the job of ur spouse, and write some more details, what were reason of ur last refuse, and time frame etc.

my father eyes operation in august that medical letter from surgeon .
affidavit from my parents that we will come back and they will support me financially also

income tax paper
saving also

ur case was very strong, i cant understand the reason, only savings are little less. whole case is strong enough but some time bad visa officer or sometime bad luck only. otherwise no any valid reason.

hi there i applied third time with the same document as i mention with ore fund and detail if the fund also than also i got rejected and they send reply within 3 days i dnt know what they want and one more thing this time i applied for 10 days than also rejected i dnt know what this govt want if they dnt wan tourism plz metion in all news they dnt wan or they are purposely hate Indian and Pakistani really not good if they are in strike so y they are showing there attitude towards other innocent people .. they are really very bad

plz can some one will tell we can apply in future again or not or there is again chances of rejection how much please someone can tell me what we can do
