Hello all,
I have a special case, me, my fiance and her mother want to go visit my family in Canada for this Christmas. I am currently living with her in Mexico for 2 years (working here, have a car, rent a flat). How should we approach the application? Should my family send an invitation letter or is it safer for my fiance and her mother to apply as tourist going to visit Canada?
My fiance work for GM, her name is on the lease also, she has all her family here and her mother is the same case but she owns her house and work for the governement.
Also, how much money each of them has to show in their bank account for application? And when should we apply for the visa? I would like to buy the plane ticket as soon as possible since it's high season.

Thank you for your help,
Gabo

what is your status in Canada. if you are a Canadian or PR holder you can apply Spouse Sponsor under common law partner category.
