TRV under working permit Please Help.ty

Hello guys can you please help me..I applied TRV thru paper apps.they received my apps Nov.20th.im so worried coz i have my plane ticket i'll be flying on Jan.2nd,2018..in the processing times it will take 19days..could you please help me what to do.do you know the hotline numbers?thank you so much.

Did you got the request for passport submission?
Keep roughly 35 days from the date you applied.
