Is it possible and genuine for a company to already hold an LMIA for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager? How do I verify that? They also said that I will receive an offer letter before I leave my country and I will not be allowed to takeoff without the offer letter.
It's not genuine. When you are asked to pay money in exchange for a job offer, this indicates it's a scam. Another sign is if they offer to pay for your flight or accommodation or food.

If you post the full job offer here, we'll be able to confirm that it's a scam.

Hope someone can enlighten me. I have a pending Conjugal application (outland paper). Recently, I got TRV approval (just waiting for my passport to come back from VFS).

I am planning to enter Canada using the TRV and will wait for the decision from our Conjugal application. While waiting am I really eligible to apply for Open Work Permit?

I would like to share the result of questionnaires I answered from GCKey:

No - you are not eligible for an open work permit.

You would only be eligible for an open work permit if your are married or common law with your partner and you are both in Canada and you submit an inland spousal sponsorship application.

You mean that the result by answering questions from IRCC website is not accurate?

It's 100% accurate. You have misunderstood what it means.

For the two parts you bolded:

- You have been sponsored outland. Only those who were sponsored inland qualify for an open work permit.
- You do not hold a TRP. You hold a TRV. Only TRP holders qualify for the open work permit.

You do not qualify for an open work permit.
