Trv stamp outside canada

Hi guys
I applied for a new trv from Canada on the 6th of April. I haven’t received any update so far. I am actually traveling back to my home country on 25th of April. I was wondering if I do get my ppr before I go, is it possible for me to get the visa stamp from my home country.

Hello, I hope it’s ok to ask, why are you stuck in India? Did they not approve your TRV?
