MY WIFE APPLIED TRV ON SEP 26TH AND SHE GOT REJECTION LETTER TODAY BY THE FOLLOWING REASONS.

YOU HAVE NOT SATISFIED ME THAT YOU WOULD LEAVE CANADA AT THE END OF YOUR STAY AS A TEMPORARY RESIDENT FOR FOLLOWING REASONS

1.TRAVEL HISTORY

2.NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS INCLUDING INCOME OR ASSETS TO CARRY OUT YOUR STATED PURPOSE

I had shown 10000$ CAD in my account and 3000$CAD IN MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT. What I have to do know? Please advice me?

she can show her brother as a sponsor along with me? (or) she has to put some more money in her account? please hep me. I wanted to reapply again

How long is her intended stay in Canada and what is the purpose of travel?

Intended stay is 1 month

Purpose of the travel- she had vacation for a month.she want to spend some time with me.

I had attached my wife's employer letter and leave sanction letter

Based on your past posts - it appears you have applied for PR and have included your wife in the application. This means that your wife now has very strong ties to Canada and CIC is likely concerned that she's not a genuine visitor.

What evidence did you attach to the application? Just the employer letter and leave sanction letter - or did you include other documents?Is there any other information you can provide to show that your wife has strong ties to her home country? Does she own any property? Or rent a property? Does she have any travel history that she can show - specifically to other countries that require visas?

sorry, i dont want to be rude. Dont get me wrong, i am just depressed about her visa

I had attached her residential property as an asset of worth 75000 $ CAD .I had shown affadavit showing her assets and i also shown the copy of the land document

she didnt have any travel history.I had shown her property and job letter i mean leave letter as a strong tie.

If you don't have any other evidence to add - then you can always try applying again with the same evidence. There have been a few people on this forum who have been successful when they applied a second time with more or less the same information.

Unfortunately I don't know what else to suggest.

When she applied last time she didnt mention anything that she attached her appication in my pr.This time my wife will write a cover letter like

1. I already attached my name in my husbands permanent residence application.she will attach my province approval letter.In my province approval letter also my wifes name is there along with mine. Her medicals also done for the pr.

2.she will take a bond letter from the employer that she has to work until next year. she signed the letter last year. she has submitted all the educational documents to employer. so she will be there only until the bonded agreement will be done

3. she will mention that she has residential property of 75000 $ cad . so she cant leave the property immediatley. In this one year gap she will work there and may be sell her property and she will join me after getting the pr.

Like these if she mention it will work? what do you think? please give any suggestions.

Include in cover letter that she will abide by the rules of the visa as she does not want to jeopardize her future chance for PR.
