TRV - Sister in pregnancy

Hi All
I want to apply for my sister's TRV as I am expecting in January. She had one refusal due to her husband's job but she would apply alone now.
She is working.
Are there any chances of her getting Visa? Also , what factors should be considered when applying for her Visa?

There's always a chance the visa can be approved provided she can address the reasons why the first application was refused.

She should show strong ties to her home country such as employment and property. The fact her husband is remaining behind should help. She should also show she has sufficient funds to pay for the trip.

Her reasons for visiting should be as a visitor only. She should not say she is coming to help you or help take care of the child or support you at home. IRCC views this as working.
