TRV renewal from outside Canada?

My wife who have PR Status since 2013 and who is still in UAE applied for TRV for our 2 kids back in 2016,in the explanation letter she wrote that she resigned from her job in UAE,which she did,and want to move to Canada for good,the kids were granted one year TRV visa that will end by 9th June 2017, they all came here for couple of months but for some personal matters she went back to UAE and to her previous job,now we are planning for her and the kids to come back in summer for good this time,my questions are

1- what is the procedures for TRV renewal..?

2- do we have to give explanation on why she came back,or why we didnt apply for PR for the kids till now ?

3- since I am ,the father and husband, and I work in canada ,can I apply for PR for the kids ,or first they must come then apply for PR?

4- how long will the TRV renewal process would take, their current TRV will expire in june 2017?

5-would the embassy flag my wife for failing to meet RO?

6- do we need again to show medicals and funds ..etc ?

7- i lost my Mycic, shall I make new one or re-activate the account i used to make the TRV application.

Assume the visa expiring this June is multiple, your kids can use this visa for travelling to Canada before the expiry date. They do not need to get another one if they travel in June.

My wife will give her resignation maybe this week,and the notice period there is 3 months, that mean beyond the expiry date of the Kids TRV., thats why I am thinking to renew the TRV to be on the safe side, can you plz answer my questions above

Couldn't you travel with them?

No Renewals.. !!, but on the back of the TRV it states ,if extension required submit application 30 days prior of expiry date..!!, isnt that form of renewal...!!.

what is the procedure for extension, do I need to apply online or paper..!!.

if i want to officially send a question ,shall i send it to CIC or the embassy in UAE.

I think you got confused with extend stay in Canada. Extend stay is certainly not TRV renewal. For details, there recent post in the forum, where you can check.

Also, right now, extending stay is not applicable to them because your kids are not in Canada.

just last question, if I start application to sponsor my kids to become PR, while they still out of Canada,is there any chance to get them this status within 3 months..!!, or should I apply for TRV extension then PR application..!!.

TRV cannot be extend! I don't think UAE is one those visa office that process PR visa that fast.

I thought you said your wife cannot travel with your kids to Canada before June 9th? If so, unless they get a new TRV from scratch, come to Canada as visitors, they have no chance getting visitor status extend and then PR application.
