Hey OP, like the others said we need more info to be able to help you.. But as a general rule, this is what's most important in your application: proof of ties back home! They need to be satisfied that you won't stay in Canada illegally. How do you prove that?
1.A letter from your employer saying how long you've worked there and that you will continue employment there when you get get back.
2.Property ownership documents (house, land etc). If you do not own property, maybe a lease with your current landlord
3. If you are a student and will be continuing studies when you get back home, show your class schedule or enrolment papers from school
4. Proof of all your family back home, this one is a bit harder to prove but you can explain in your letter of intention that your family is really important to you etc. Maybe one of them can write a letter of support?
As for the fiances part, you definitely don't need to be a millionaire to be approved, but show you have enough funds for your trip. Make a budget of what you expect your expenses to be while you are in Canada and submit that. If someone else will be supporting you, they need to provide their financial information as well...
I hope this helps...
