I had applied TRV on 2 occasions and sadly was rejected :-[
I am 27, Single M Indian, working since past 10 years in India, My sister is a Canadian Citizen staying in Canada.
I am working for a company which has stopped operations but i am still in d core member team to handle the company and we are trying to restart.
I was rejected UK visa in 2010 as i had not attached a letter, which i had re applied and subsequently granted visa.
Now the issue is i have to go meet my sister and spend some time with her, and genuinely wana have a brief stay and return as i am happy in India and no plans to settle abroad.
Reason for 1st rejection: -
Not Satisfied that i will leave Canada at end of stay as temporary resident, foll points considered.

Limited Employment in your country of residence
Current Employment Situation
Your Personal Assets & financial Status
I am not satisfied you have sufficient funds including income & assets to carry out stated purpose .................................
Normal docs required were attached.
Next Attempt - Rejected, Reasons as below: -
Not Satisfied that i will leave Canada at end of stay as temporary resident, foll points considered.
Your Travel History
Your Family Ties in Canada & Country of Residence.
In d 2nd time had applied along with my Mother & Father and all 3 Rejected.
I had attached a good covering letter explaining all the concerns VO had given in earlier application also had added joint a/c of my family all fixed deposits and all properties we have in parents name also it will be in my name after them, return tickets, leave from company etc.
I have traveled to UK for a week, have traveled to SIN, BKK, HKG.
I am planning to re apply should i or not?
what other things should i attach or present to make my case stronger, also i have read somewhere filing application directly online is better than thru vfs.
Any suggestions.
