TRV rejected (the funds shown are not convincing/satisfying)

Hey guys, I am from west Africa (Senegal) and I applied for a study permit but got rejected on the basis of funds not being satisfactory.

I find it’s weird because my father(who is my sponsor) bank account had enough to cover my tuition and we got a letter from the bank stating that he has at least $25000 going through his account.

But we didn’t include his payslip, real estate properties or other funds, is that maybe the problem?

I’m going to reapply but I want to make sure everything is complete, please help!

how much is your tuition fee? how long is your preferred program? $25,000 may only be enough for a year of tuition and a year of living expenses.

My tuition fee is $20,000

You’re right, that wouldn’t be able to cover much more than what you said.
My father makes over $80,000 from his properties that he rents out, and bonus income whenever he goes on business trips, which he’s going to show as well.
Would that be good?

I will, my dad is also going to include his payslip which shows his salary (about $7000 CAD per month)
He doesn’t keep a lot of money in the bank but he does have assets, but I’m still worried.

I’m also going to write a SOP because I didn’t do that the last time, and my dad will include a letter of financial support
