My spouse's TRV has been rejected in one week based on below:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-179.html).
I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Spouse's Profile:
- I am the main applicant and applied along with our toddler son. My visa has been approved in 5 weeks. Son's TRV is still being processed.
- Later I added spouse's TRV application with the purpose of him to accommpany me and our son.
- Spouse has an official employement (6 months bank statement with 0 in the account has been attached), letter from the Employer has been attached
- Spouse has no one who lives in our home country, his mom lives in another country.
- Our property is under my name (if relevant, spouse holds POA from me (did not mention this in LOE). He is a lawful heir to his mom's property (did not mention this in LOE)
- Funds: all in my account (mentioned that as a family we keep funds in one saving account)
- In LOE provided all the sincere info about the acommpanying purpose of trip for 3 weeks to help out with settlement, etc
- As a main applicant I added the formal invitation for him.
