TRV rejected New Delhi Aug-2018

Hi guys,
My visitor visa application is rejected. Reason they gave was my travel history and financial status.. I have traveled to Europe and have two EU stamps, also traveled to thailand and Doha. As financial strength I showed around 4 lakh balance..

Kindly advise what should I do? Should I re-apply or should I wait ?
