My TRV and PR got approved at the same time. I then got a passport request for TRV. But I did not submit my passport as I was already PR. After 3 months now I got a rejection email for TRV stating that I failed to submit the passport. Will this cause any issues in the future? I think I should have withdrawn the TRV application but I did not.
