Hi , I got the TRV, I just wrote place I will be visiting and I told them on an explanation letter that only in case I get approved I would buy a plane ticket.. It took them exactly 10 days to approve it and 5 days to send me back my passport with the visa issued

Hello Perks, thank you for your reply. I have checked with my brother twice he said he had never applied for a USA visa. As we are small family we share everything with each other. Also, there is no ban as per the refusal letter.

submit a complaint using ircc form or feedback

Hi!!... Well I think I got lucky I got the Canadian TRV Traveling next month to see my husband, I do have a US visa

what type of explanation letter you have sent? whats documents you did provided to apply for TRV?

I wrote them, that I am applying for the permanent residence status i included my case number and I explained to them that I am applying for the TRV because we got tired of seeing each other in different countries, I told them I want to celebrate my first year wedding anniversary in Canada and that I just need the visa for 14 days, and that I will come back to my country to continue waiting for the PR. My explanation later was very informal and they gave me a multiple visa.

The documents I sent them were: My scanned passport, bank certificate, payrolls, employment letter, copy of my tourist american visa and stamps, scan of my boarding passes, my explanation letter, Medical exam (I sent them the one I did last year for the PR), my husband's invitation letter notarized, travel itinerary of my trip and reservations..

I had applied ( Online) on 29th may 2017 and got rejection on 12th june with below reasons:

1. Travel history
2.immigration status in country of residence
3.purpose of visit
4.current emply situtation
5. Personal assets and financial status

Answer.
1.visited - UK 2 times, Switzerland, France, Greece, Singapore & All GCC.
I have USA 10yrs visit visa & 5yrs UK visit visa.

2. since 2007 i am living here in Dubai.

3. As a Visitor

4. Working since 2014 to till date

5. I have own car, rental flat, credit card lim 6k CAD and 40k CAD in my account.

I am married and having 2kids and staying with me since 2008.

Question.

A.Should i reapply with above clarification immediately?
Or should i wait for some time?

If you Apply with same documents without Addition or something change , you have same result. I advice you to hold on and Apply later. The documents are. May be you over stated in one of your visit possible in U.S or so.
