TRV refused two times for Redseal exam

Dear All
I am new in this forum from India
I would like to apply for PR through FSTP. My visit visa for Redseal exam refused 2 times from India. & reasons are You Will not leave Canada after your end of stay
1. Purpose of visit :
of Redseal exam.
2. Travel hystory.
Actually I leave France & Switzerland after my stay of schenegen visa in 2012.
3. Personal assets & financial status.
Actually I show sufficiant fund as per guideline
I have approved challenge Application for Noc 7242 Industrial Electrician from Industry Training Authority BC. And my approved by ITABC scheduled Redseal exam date is Oct 2018 in British Columbia.
So, Please guide.

Thanks for the link, but how it's possible to get TRV they will refuse if we provide the Approval letter, i saw the comments from other member's , they got refusal.
