TRV refused! Reappeal letter

Hello everyone like I said in older posts I'm working on my visa application that was refused a couple of weeks ago. Plz can you all give my some advice if this cover letter for request of appeal for visitor visa is alright? Here it goes:

Dear embassy of Canada,

I, xxxx, work as first adjudant chef for xxx. I would like to travel to canada with my 2 kids and wife witch are canadian citizens.
The purpose of my visit is to visit my family in law and spend time on vacation.

In regards to my temporary visitor visa application , I have received your communication and you have mentioned the reason of refusal being du to the purpose of my visit. So I am writing this letter to convince you of my return before the expiration of my authorised stay.

My entire life I have lived in xxx. Everyone I know lives there, my friends, family and relatives. We are well established here me my wife and kids. My parents live right next to us as well as all my relatives.

In the past I was granted visitor visa twice, once in 2012 and on 2014. In 2012 I traveled from xxx to xxx and in 2014 I travelled from xxx to xxx. On both times I have returned and respected the visitor visa authorised stay. I wouldn't do anything to "hurt" the reputation of my name with the embassy of Canada. Ad seen on my old passport I have returned back to my home country always on time therefore respecting the visa validity.

I have been working in xxxx since 1997. I am a very stable worker and take my job very seriously. I have work responsibilities and commitments to return to. My vacation was granted and authorised by xxxx.I have accumulated my vacation and it is a approved vacation leave of absence of 62 days. I shall come back within 62 days otherwise I will be subject to military court and might be deprived from end of service allowance.

Once again I would like to to reconsider my temporary visitor visa application.

Everything seems like a lot of noise... and really doesn't tackle the real problem. You asked for 9 weeks... even though it is authorized, it is way too long for a visit... and I would be expecting savings for at least 20K CAD after accommodations....

Plan for 2-3 weeks visit, provide evidence of savings for the trip... submit evidence of everything else.

Thank you Jalex for the input. What do you mean by a lot of "noise"? I really thought I was showing all my reasons of me not prolonging my stay. So in your opinion I must apply for max 3 weeks even tough my absence of leave letter states 62 days? I was pushing for the total vacation days because last visa was approved and had asked for 3 whole months!!!! Do you have any other suggestions for me to point out in my reapplication request?

Thank you Jalex for the input. What do you mean by a lot of "noise"? I really thought I was showing all my reasons of me not prolonging my stay.

You have to submit evidence of all you are saying... i.e. "We are well established here me my wife and kids." CIC will not just believe you because you say so. I fyou want to prove this you will have to submit evidence that backs up your saying (in this case work letters from you and your wife, your child's enrollment in school, mortgage, loans, investments, etc.).

Mentioning in the letter is really meaningless without proof, and if you are submitting the evidence then it would make it redundant => noise.

So in your opinion I must apply for max 3 weeks even tough my absence of leave letter states 62 days? I was pushing for the total vacation days because last visa was approved and had asked for 3 whole months!!!!

You get 9 weeks of vacations?... usually a job that can be considered "strong tie" (reason to go back) would give tops 4 weeks (mostly only 3).

My suggestion would be to send proper evidence of whatever you want to prove. The evidence should be obvious (i.e. you do not need to say "I have enough funds" if you submit a bank statement of 20K CAD) so it speaks for itself.

Thank you Jalex. Basically the only strong tie I have is my job that I have been working in since 1997. My wife doesn't work she's a stay at home mom. My two kids are almost 2 years old so no school enrollment and there is no property on my name( my home is registered on my dad's name) so basically I can only work with my job tie. I have gotten the letter that says that they permitted 62 days ( I have accumulated my vacation that is why I got that much). I'm really focusing on the point that if I do not return home I could go through big consequences with work ex: court, prison, etc.. Do you think I should have a letter authorised by notary that states my work law and consequences if I did not return?

I have another question my wife and kids are canadian born. If it is in our future plans ( let's say , 2 years from now) to apply for PR should I mention it to them? I am waiting to finish my work contract to apply for PR. But for now we live here and just want to go to canada for vacation.

I was wondering also: the refusal letter did not state that my refusal was because of my funds. I have in my bank account 6000$ CAD and we will be staying at my mother in law. Just to say that last time I had 8000$ and asked for 3months and I was approved visa. I guess.I was lucky the first 2 times I applied!!!

It might be better if your wife sponsor you for immigration. Once it is approved, you can visit with them anytime to Canada.

For now we live in my home country and definitely is in our future plans to apply for PR but for now we just want to take some time off and go on a family vacation. Do you think I should reapply or most likely to get a negative the second time around?

It's kind of difficult to apply for visitor visa for some people whose spouse is Canadian but not impossible.

Yes it is not impossible because I applied in 2012 and once in 2014 and both times was approved. This time it seems to be different! Should i mention it to thwm that i have futur plan for PR but jot for now in my letter?
I'm just trying to figure out what I could put in my application for them to be assured that I will be leaving this time also. Any opinions on my letter of reappeal request?

There's not much of "reappeal". Your refusal is final. Like I said, you should consider to get PR. This way you can visit with your family whenever you want without the need of a TRV. Even if the PR card expires, you can get a PRTD from your local Canadian consulate.

No it didn't, but your funds (if they are exceeding the requirement) can also work towards a reason not to overstay (people with money are not a concern to Canada, in general).

I concur with Steaky in everything else.

Hey Jalex and steaky...sorry another question came to mind: is immigration same as PR? What should I apply for if I'm not ready to settle down in canada as of now because of my job contract? I can only go for vacation once every 2 years or so
