What were the refusal reasons?TRV REFUSED HAD TRAVELLED CANADA TWICE IN 4 YEARS on visit and there wasn't any overstay.
What could have made VO to refuse TRV who had travelled Canada and obeyed the law of the land.
Any comment guys?
What were the refusal reasons?
How long did you stay in Canada during your two visits?
Have their been any material changes to your profile since your last TRV application? Example - family member claiming refugee status in Canada, Canadian spouse, anything else.
Strong ties to Canada work against you and increase the chances of refusal for a TRV application. You need to show strong ties to your home country / country of residence.Stayed 12 days on both trips. Same profile for 10 years. Travelled earlier with family and have strong ties in Canada
Refusal says no ties to Canada and Country of residence where as the person has born and raised in same country.Strong ties to Canada work against you and increase the chances of refusal for a TRV application. You need to show strong ties to your home country / country of residence.
It's honestly hard to provide any real feedback or make any suggestions with such short answers and without knowing your full profile.Refusal says no ties to Canada and Country of residence where as the person has born and raised in same country.
Will GCMS notes help in understanding the refusal in detail? It's honestly hard to provide any real feedback or make any suggestions with such short answers and without knowing your full profile.
Provide your full profile (includes list of documents you attached with your application) and details refusal point from letter.Stayed 12 days on both trips. Same profile for 10 years. Travelled earlier with family and have strong ties in Canada
" Family ties in Canada / and current residence / You immigration status (you residing in UAE and your home country is Pakistan " were the same when previous visa was issued. Hence, difficult to assess refusal based on these points.Provide your full profile (includes list of documents you attached with your application) and details refusal point from letter.
Look like they refused you based on :
- Family ties in Canada / and current residence
- You immigration status (you residing in UAE and your home country is Pakistan l)
Yes understood how frustrating if you grant visa earlier and same ground but as senior told here many time “every VO think differently”."
