TRV refused for three times

Hello! I already applied for TRV 3 times and refused. My latest refusal letter indicates the purpose of visit. Is there a chance if I applied again? or do i need a immigration consultant to assist me?

I'm not sure there is any point reapplying (either on your own or with the help of a consultant). Having said that, we have seen a few people be successful after three refusals. The "purpose of visit" refusal reason means CIC believes you are not a genuine tourist and are trying to find a way to come to Canada long term (which by your previous posts appears to be true). In your applications you mentioned your girlfriend in Canada and your relationship to her. So CIC has probably correctly guess you want to come here so that you can try living with her. Is there any additional evidence you can provide to show that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term?

Maybe your girlfriend should visit you instead...
