Hello everyone ,
I'm new here and i came from the Philippines. I hope someone can help me with my problem.
I applied TRV last Nov. 2014, to visit my boyfriend who is a Canadian Citizen and who will sponsor me in everything. I received refusal letter after one week. IO tells me i didn't satisify them that i will leave Canada at the end of my stay. In reaching this decision, i considered several factors, including:
1. My travel history
( i never been travelled anywhere)
2. Limited employment prospects in my country of residence
( i'm unemployed with two kids and it's why my boyfriend will sponsor me and he had given me all our needs)
3. Personal assets and financial status
. After receiving that refusal letter , me and my boyfriend decided to take to another step which is getting married through tourist visa. Included some documents that are new.
1. I showed bank statement this time.
2. I submitted my lease of aggreement of the apartment where i and the kids living.
3. Notarized letter from his atty. for solemnizing our marriage that supposed to be this April 1.
But just yesterday, Feb. 18. I received refusal letter again on the same reason except #2. my current employment. Because of this, it's really disappointing and i don't know what to do. Hope someone can answer my questions.
1. Do i need to find a work here in the Philippines?
2. Should we reapply again? on what visa?
3. Do we need to seek judicial review to the Federal Court of Canada? What are our chances if we did?
4. Can we apply conjugal partner sponsorship this time because of the immigration barrier ? what would be our chances?
5. Do i need a stamp of my passport like going to Asian countries that doesn't need visa? As we will meet also with my boyfriend overthere.
6. if ever he will come to visit me, would his presence help me approved my visa? Like for example if we will go there directly to the embassy here in the Philippines.
Please help me.. I know someone could help me.
Any advice would be HIGHLY APPRECIATIVE.
please help.
