Trv refused for spouse within 6 days after application...need urgent suggestions

I applied for my husband for visitor visa on August 17th and i received update on August 23rd that application is refused.

Reasons are :
In making a decision on an application, a number of factors are considered. These may include but are not limited to: • the information in the travel and identity documents;
• the reason for the travel to Canada;
• the person’s contacts in Canada;
• the person’s ties to his or her country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family ties);
• the person’s ability to pay for the trip and to support himself or herself while in Canada;
• whether the person is likely to respect the conditions of his or her admission to Canada;
• whether the person is inadmissible to Canada; and
• whether the person would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.

In details VO gave me following reasons:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
1.travel history
2.Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3. Personal assets and financial status

I applied for him under family class sponsership in end of july and i listed the receipt number for that in the file.
He has a business in india but it is not registered.I attached his job letter and ITR.
He has personal assets worth around rs 50,000,00
He has saving of 5,00,000 rs in his bank account
No travel history
I sponsored him for my nephew's birthday celebration and also to take care of me because i am 16 week pregnant.
I applied online on Aug 17th and refused on August 23rd

Most sponsored spouses are refused TRVs until their PR is approved. CIC fears he will not return home. A nephew's birthday is not a good reason to grant a TRV and if you are expecting he is even less likely to return to India.

Its already refused with all these submissions.What changes can i do for re-apply????

There's really no point reapplying - the application will be refused again. Since you have sponsored him and said that you want him in Canada to take care of you since you are pregnant, IRCC believes he has plans on remaining in Canada long term. He'll need to wait until his PR application is approved before he can come to Canada.

Even if one does not consider the PR application, IMO, his TRV application was weak and had no chance of an approval.

As scylla has suggested, it would be best to wait out the PR process and do not reapply for a TRV

- Order GCMS notes to see the detailed reasons for the refusals. It will take around 30 days for these to arrive.
- Wait at least four months before trying to apply again.
- Request a 2 week trip maximum
- Have your husband register his business
- Ensure your husband includes proof of property ownership, all of this bank accounts, etc.

Note that he will still most likely be refused again.
