Your finances ought to be mandatory with a super visa application.

If there's one thing I noticed, the Manila VO seems to be more lenient with visiting grandchildren as a reason.

I’ve just read from one of the forums that bank statement is not necessary...some people got approved with just NOA and other proofs excluding bank statement. I think NOA is the most important. I guess it has more to do with the stability of income rather than what’s in the bank statement. But we are not opposed to providing one if it’s really needed.

Your call, your application.

I saw from the Document Checklist - Manila VO Instructions (IMM 5877E) that proof of financial support is not required only if the applicant has been to Canada in the last 10 years or currently hold a valid (non-expired) US Visa. They call this as the CAN+ Expedited Program.

Not saying I won’t attach anything coz NOA is a financial proof, employment letter, pay stubs ...I was just asking if bank statement is necessary for the host. As for the applicant, she will provide bank statements, property tax, legal documents for properties, employment letter. I think I posted in the wrong thread as this is for TRV...I was asking about super visa. So, sorry for the confusion.

Hi everyone. Just want to ask regarding my sons visitors visa application. We have a representative from the Philippines and they told us that my son application was already send to IRCC last Oct 4, 2019. But since then we didint recieve any update from them. Do you guys have any idea how long is the processing time for trv in the Philippines? My son is minor (2 years old). Thank you so much.
