TRV Processing time for walk in in New York

Anyone know how long is the processing time is submit the TRV application in person in New York Consulate? It used to be able to get on the second days. But now someone says that it will also take about one month. Anyone has experience recently? Thanks a lot.

So you have to send it in the mail, and since we've sent it (October 31, they signed for it Nov 6), we have not heard back. So in three days, it will have been one month.
I suggest you send in your visa ASAP, giving yourself at least 3 months before you travel. They no longer have walk ins either!
