TRV processing in NY Canada Consulate Latest Update

Hi - Did any one receive passport for the applications submitted on 15 March 2013, in person in NYC. Please let us know...so that we can count ours...I submitted mine on 18 March 2013...Still havent received my passport......

Hi, I applied on Apr 11, and I have not received yet.

i sent my passport on 1st May,and send Email to them, 3rd May they said they are currently printing visas for passports received on: APRIL 16, 2013.

3/22 application received by consulate
5/5 not yet received

as of 5th May, anyone who have mailed in the application to consulate in NYC during mid-March and got the passport with visa back? Thanks!

Hi

I am new to this forum .
I applied on 4/2 online ,got mail to submit passport on 4/23.
sent passport on 4/23 to NY consulate from mid-town.
I have still not received my passport.
sent emails to the consulate ,have not got any reply from them.
I have already cancelled my air tickets once,not sure why they take so much time in stamping after approval.

I have been following this forum for quite some time which gives me some relief by reading about others pain in getting the Canada visit visa..

Anyway, we mailed our passports on March 16 and the New York consulate received it on March 18th(Monday)...

Anywaybody has any clue on how long it takes to get the passports back ? and is there anyway I can track my application ?

I emailed few time on status check but without any response....

Don't know what to do ? where to go ? who to talk with ?

It completely disturbed our life for past 2 months...Any help is appreciated..

they are currently printing visas for passports received on: APRIL 19, 2013.

I mailed in and consulate in NYC received on 22nd March. Haven't received my passport with visa yet as of 8th May. It has been 45 calendar days!!!

Worried as I have a conference next week.

Latest update from NY consulate received on email for passport inquiry-
they are currently printing visas for passports received on: APRIL 19, 2013.

I just received an email from them advising that currently they are processing passports received on April 24, 2013.

Good luck all, we can just wait patiently and hope that it is sent to us soon.

does anyone have an idea if the consulate sends an email after they send out the passport..
i sent the express envelope but forgot to keep the tracking # copy with me so wont have any idea when it is posted from them .

I tried couple of times before I got a reply directly from the consulate. Let's hope it all works out soon.
