Hello,
I got my draft agreement from my consultant(IRCC licenced consultan). And there was written that i have to pay his fees of TRV processing in two installments. And both will have to pay before getting visa.
1st installment have to pay while signing the agreement
2nd installment have to pay while we submit our TRV papers in embassy.
So, i just want to know is it legit? Or there is anything wrong. If any..then what should i do?

I'm not sure what you mean by legit. You pay more if you apply through an agent since you are paying for their services and yes, it makes sense that you would pay these feels in advance.

If you want to pay less then you can apply on your own and pay all of the fees yourself through the IRCC website.
