TRV - PPR request sent to physical address or online account?

Hello, I am on a PGWP and I applied for a TRV because I will be traveling soon. I got a message saying it is approved and that they have sent a secure mail to my address. My question is what is the content of the mail they sent? Will the request for passport come to my online account or to my mailing address? Thanks so much!

You will get the instructions and request letter in your GCKey. Log in and check it out. Send the passport via CanadaPost to Ottawa for stamping.
