I applied for TRV (PGWP) from india on 9th April and its been 2days now i didn’t get any response.
But the ircc website says that the processing time is 21 days.
Whats should i do now?

Raise a webform. Processing times are estimates when most people get a response. People on this forum like you PGWP or study permit, waited months. Nothing you can do but wait.

Most of the people i know in the same case as mine Got their ppr in 10-15 days.
Its been more than a month for mine. Is it something to worry about?

No. Agents have no leverage and there is no expedited processing.

From what I saw in this tracker here, pretty much nobody is getting a response back in 2 days. The PGWP processing seems to be taking around 2-3 months right now: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-work-permits-tracker
