I applied for TRV (PGWP) from india on 9th April and its been 21 days now i didn’t get any response.
But the ircc website says that the processing time is 21 days.
Whats should i do now?

So you have an approved PGWP? If so nothing much you can do as processing times are estimates. It says that most are processed in this timeframe. Raise a webform.

Nothing to worry about. You just have to wait in the queue.

Is there any specific timeline or something for embassy to process them?
Because Few of the cases like mine got there ppr in 20 days.

Processing may be 20 days but says on IRCC site that most are processed within stated timelines. So not all are.
