trv passport have not received yet HELP PLEASE

I applied trv on oct 3 they received on oct 8 they mailed it back on oct 24 til now havent received my passport back. They sent it through regular mail. Im so worried I dont know wat to do.

you should have included a registered canadapost envelope. anyways, call cic to ask what happened or contact your local canadapost office...c",)

I did not know that you have to include envelop. And I did call our local canada post and I did email cic but. Nothing yet.
