should be addressed and emailed to Consulate / Embassy of Canada in Pakistan (which exists here)
OR
Embassy of Canada in Abu Dhabi, (from where Visitor Visa cases are handled)

Your mom's contact information on her IMM 5275E form.
Your mom would also fill/sign the IMM 5476 form 'Use of a representative' that will have your contact information

I saw the thread recommended by you .So its auto generated because we applied online and vsf nothing to do with it. if Canadian high commission decids they will direct email and send massage in my account . I am waiting as processing time is 32 days.lets see finger crossed.

If you wish to have a representative who can conduct business on your behalf, you must give us their email and mailing addresses in this section and fill out the Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form.
In that case, you must give your contact information for Question 1.... but your mom will answer 'No' to Question 2.... and she must provide her contact information for Question 2
