Hello everyone! I've applied for my spousal visa in July 2013 from Pakistan. After that I applied for trv twice and was refused. And haven't heard anything regarding my family class sponsorship as yet! My husband has visited me about 6 times since the marriage but he can't come for long as it's difficult cos of his job. I want to apply for a trv or student visa again but I'm worried I might get refused again. And I don't even know which of the two have better chances to get accepted. Also I want to know that God forbid if I get refused again, will that have a negative impact on my spousal visa application? Please help me! Your valuable feedback will be highly appreciated. Thanks!!

Refusals won't have an impact seeing as how your application has been submitted already. Also, your chances of getting a TRV or student visa will be very low since you've been refused twice a TRV already, plus you're married to a Canadian/PR.

Best advice would be to wait until you're approved for PR, then go attend school, because school tuition is very expensive for foreigners.

Thanks mikeymyke !:) so you suggest I shouldn't apply for a trv again? Probably if I address all the concerns of the visa officer based on which I was refused, so you think I stand a chance to bag an acceptance?
Btw congaratulations on your wife's PPR. :) wish you a blessed and happy future together!

I also applied for study permit before my spousal case. my application was declined with some foolish objections;

1- travel history (what does travel history has to do with a study permit)
2- purpose of visit (admission letter from a Canadian Institution was not enough to make my purpose of visit clear? )

anyways, I have already applied for that spousal sponsorship and now for the TRV again with a much stronger case this time, I feel.
I want to know what objections were made when your application for TRV was declined?

Thanks

I personally dont think that it effects the sponsorship case but many people on this forum suggested me not to apply Study permit or TRV again as it makes your case more complex.

Thanks
