TRV or student spouse/dependant work permit?totally confused with mixed respnses

HELLO people
Like to know about the required docs and procedure for student spouse dependant visa.
Also is it better off applying for visit visa first to get there and then apply for spouse work permit or
Apply for spousal dependant work permit straight from India after my partner gets the study permit?

Also how easy or hard is to apply and get the open work permit while i land in canada on a visitor visa and my wife is on a student visa????

My wife is working in Canada as personal care worker . i applied for dependent open work permit from Saudi online, Now cic as sent a request for my employment letter in Canada. Although i submitted a letter from my side as well as my spouse stating i will be dependent of my spouse she will be responsible for my expenses and accommodation.

What should i upload now i do not have any employment letter from Canada.

Please advise urgent.

If you don't have the document as requested then you submit a letter explaining the reason.
