In your previous application, what did you describe the situation as? did you say that your mom has a medical condition and that your sister is traveling with her because of this?
Honestly thats what i said to my consultant to do it but i do not think he did that.but this time i am making sure. i wrote that in my invitation letter and she said the same thing in the cover letter in new application
Applied online by myself for mom and sister to attend my convocation ceremony.
(Both)March 6:- Applied
(Both)April 6:- Reffused
Reapplied through a travel agent offline (paper base) application.
(Both)May 01:- Reapplied
(Sister)May 31:- Refused(got email stating but status shows under process at vfs)
(Mom)May31:- got status as vfs requires additional documents...(waiting for their mail response so i can know which additional documents are needed)
After couple hours it changes to :-
Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 31/05/2018 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.
Communication regarding your visa application has been received in a sealed envelope from the Consulate. Please contact the Visa Application Centre from where you have lodged your application.
(Both)March 6:- Applied

so you already re-applied? how would you have submitted an itinerary letter then? To be honest, I do not think that your sister will be approved based that you applied for her visa as only to assist your mom in traveling to Canada. A tourist visa is meant for toursim. Your mom may be approved, but if they requested documents and then didnt tell you and then just courierd the passport back, I think it might be refused as well. You wont know till you go to get it! @Bryanna will be able to help you more though!
1. No i didnt reapplied myself, i took help of professional agent to file on behalf of my mom and sis and he did it offline mode.
2. Yes itinerary letter was submitted mentioning the previous refusal and further supporting documents were provided too.
3. Neither I have mentioned in this forum nor in my sister's visa application that she is just to assist my mom's travel. She is applying to visit canada for tourism and to attend my convocation just as same as my mom's profile.
@Bryanna if u can assist me with your suggestion to reapply for my sister, Since my father is no more, i desperately want my mom and sis to attend my convocation and see me graduate.

I don’t know if your sisters application will be approved if she is just visiting to assist your mother arrive to Canada.
Maybe you should add to her purpose of visit like an event to come to or something similar.

I submitted my passport on May 25th and just a little while ago I got a message that my passport has been couriered from VFS Jalandhar to me today. I got it couriered via blue dart to arrive in my city. I cannot track this via blue dart for some reason. Can someone please let me know where I can find the tracking number? Is it the AWB number or the full tracking ID starting with 2018?

Tracking information takes sometime to show in system.., try after few hours you ll be able to track it...type your tracking no. As reference no.
