TRV on conditional discharge

Hello guys,
I got a conditional discharge in June 2021 and it got over in June 2024. I’m currently on PGWP and I applied for TRV on Feb 20 2024 from india. I gave biometrics on March and I have not received any update from IRCC. Status says that they are processing background check since March and they have not started reviewing the eligibility. I filled a webform and they responded by saying that my application is still in process. Does any have any knowledge as why there’s so much delay with the application.

Yes, I get that. But do you have any idea as how IRCC process applications with conditional discharge. And how long it can take before I get the passport request.
Also, probation is over on 14th June but I applied for TRV in March.
