Hi,
I have recently graduated(april 2016). I got my PGWP work permit two weeks ago from port of entry and i started my job on may 2, 2016.
It's an intern position and one year contract.
My question is-
1. Can i apply online for my TRV and my wife's TRV(She is outside of canada) or do you think it's better to apply separately
(I saw an option somewhere that i can apply for my wife too when i am applying for my TRV)

2. If she wants to apply separately can i apply from my cic account for her?(Just her TRV application not mine)
3. I am planning to invite her for one month because she will got vacation from her university for one month. Is it okay to invite for this short period of time?

4. I have enough money in my canadian bank account to support her. Do i need to show money from my home country or in her father's bank account?(and i am getting salary every month which proves i have money to support her)

5. Can anyone share, what types of documents needs to show?
Here is the documents i am planning to show. Will appreciate any suggestions.

Document List from my spouse(resides outside of canada)
1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Copy of Marriage License
3. Police Clearance Certificate
4. Copy of Passport
5. Digital Photo(2) according to cic specifications
6. An original Letter from University confirming that the university has approved her absence and indicating when she required to return.
7. Letter from Professor(Thesis supervisor)
8. CA Evaluation(Property Evaluation)

Document List for Sponsor(Me)/ already in canada
1. Invitation Letter (The letter must be written by the host and should have specific information about the host and invitee. The letter should state the purpose and length of the visit, the nature of the relationship between you and the host, the contact information of the host, etc.)
2. Work Permit(Photocopy both sides)
3. Bank statements for the past six months
4. Pay Stubs
5. Employment offer letter
6. Copy of latest Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue
7. Travel Itinerary(Flight )

Thanks

You can apply inland.
She needs to apply outland.

Is she a minor? Are you her legal guardian? If not then she has to apply through her own account.

Is she a minor? If not then she has to show that she has enough resources OF HER OWN to afford the trip.

Thank you for you kind reply.
about point 4.
I am her husband and she is a student. She is financially depend on me. I am responsible for her food, study,or living.
Does that make sense to sponsor her? or should i transfer my money to her account?
BTW, she is an adult. She just completed her undergraduate and now doing masters.

Thanks

That sounds terrible.... you are working here, she is there with no income of her own.... that is a red flag.

Anyway... yes, deposit money on her account, let it stay there for at least three months. Submit evidence on where the money came from, the purpose and anything else that might be relevant.
